Our Mission

At Longview, our mission is to glorify God and to create a Christ-centered community by welcoming everyone to come as they are, sharing the love and truth of Jesus Christ, walking together in faith, nurturing spiritual growth, and serving our community with love.

Come join us. We would love to have you.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." - Matthew 28:19-20

Our Core Values

We believe everyone matters to God. We welcome people just as they are, creating a place of grace, acceptance, and belonging for all.

Jesus is at the center of everything we do. We seek to follow Him daily and reflect His love in our words and actions.

We are committed to teaching and living out God’s Word with integrity, clarity, and relevance to everyday life.

We grow stronger together. We value real relationships, honest faith, and walking through life side by side.

We are devoted to growing in our faith through prayer, worship, and continual learning as we become more like Christ.

We serve others with love, meeting needs both inside and outside the church, and being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.

We believe God changes lives. No matter where you start, your story matters, and transformation is possible through Christ.

We invest in the next generation, equipping children, youth, and families to know and follow Jesus.

Our Statement of Faith

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for faith and life.

We believe in one true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power and glory.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day. He is the only Savior and the way to eternal life.

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, guiding, convicting, comforting, and empowering us to live a godly life.

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, available to all people, and received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe individuals have the free will to accept or reject this gift.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers, called to worship God, grow in faith, and share the Gospel with the world.

We believe in baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith. We observe the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice.

We believe Christians are called to live holy lives, demonstrating love, integrity, and compassion, growing daily in Christlikeness.

We believe Jesus Christ will return again personally and visibly to establish His kingdom and fulfill God’s eternal plan.

We believe in the resurrection of all people—those who trust in Christ to eternal life, and those who reject Him to eternal separation from God.
